Vintage Original-  French National WWI Navy Award, Medal of Honor for Civil Personnel of the French Navy, silvered Bronze class, for 30 years of service.  - Reverse side says, "Honor-Work-Dedication" and is inscribed to Paul E. Severin, 1929. RF (Republic Of France) medal by Paris Mint.
